FoEI will
cover the participation of one representative of
every member group from the Global South.
We
kindly ask you to register
before 27 of August 2018.
The
same applies for the travel costs of all International Program
Coordinators. FoEI will cover the travel costs of the
participants only if registration has been completed and travel
quotes are approved by the International Secretariat in advance.
Funding decisions will be communicated the week of 30 August 2018.
Funding support for groups applying after the deadline of 27 August cannot be guaranteed.
The
organizers will also cover food and lodging costs of Southern member
groups' representatives and/or coordinators for the duration of all
the scheduled meetings. If you are arriving earlier due to cheap
flight arrangements, please let us know of your arrival and departure
times for us to make prior bookings. In this case, we will also cover
the costs of lodging and food for this period.

Northern
groups should take into account a
daily costs of NGN 35 600 so around €85 pp/day based on single room, food included.
There is also option for room shares by two persons on a king size
bed for 26 450 so around € 63 pp/day.
There
are no rooms available with twin beds.
Any member group can send more than one participant to the BGM, but in case of groups from the Global South, FoEI will just fund one participant. The second participant will have to be funded by the member group (travel, accommodation and food).
We
would actually like to encourage groups to send more than one
participant, reflecting the diversity of our constituencies ( gender,
age, etc).
