Countries with Nigerian embassies should apply there.

Countries without Nigerian embassies should go to neighboring
countries that have Nigerian embassies to apply.

3: If getting a visa in an other country turns out to be cost-prohibitive, participants can get visa on arrival but they need to send all documents required to ERA by September 10th to Tunji : tunjibuhari@gmail.com and Camille : camille@foei.org. After this deadline visa on arrival will not be possible.

Please be informed that you pay $50 for your visa on arrival in Abuja and $90 for biometric. Media reports indicate that government is considering suspending for biometric fee. However it is safe to plan for it.

The following countries can ask a visa on arrival : Mauritius, Mozambique, Tanzania,
Tunisia, Uganda, Bangladesh, Nepal, Palestine, Papua New Guinea,
Russia, Timor Leste, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, El
Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Uruguay and Paraguay.
All participants will receive an official invitation letter from ERA.
